The LASER Lab investigates topics related to leadership, emotions, and how people's reputations are formed and maintained. The research combines affective science with organizational behavior.
The LASER Lab is actively looking for enthusiastic undergraduate or post-graduate research assistants to join the team. All weekly LASER lab meetings and individual research assistant meetings are held in-person.
Available Positions
Undergraduate Volunteers
Gain hands-on research experience working on active projects in the lab.
Academic Research Credit
Earn academic credit while contributing to ongoing research studies.
Independent Study Students
Pursue directed research through MGMT 3698 or MGMT 199 courses.
